A Safe Keeping is a family owned business that has been in the community for over 18 years. A Safe Keeping Self Storage was established in North Cape May and grew very quickly to meet the demand of the community. Ten years ago, the Hirsch Family decided to expand to Cape May Court House. We were the first self storage to offer climate controlled units and a moving truck to help our customers with their move. Climate controlled units provide a perfect environment for items such as furniture and electronic equipment. The units are heated during the winter and air conditioned during the summer. The 14 foot moving truck is provided free of charge. A Safe Keeping offers shipping services such as UPS and Federal Express, shipping supplies, photo coping, faxing, and notary.

About four years ago, A Safe Keeping created a new service again to meet the need of our community near and far. Paper shredding, or document destruction, as it is known in the industry, is a service where a truck is designed to shred private information, destroy documents and provide proper disposal of shredded material, protecting people and business owners from identity theft.

A Safe Keeping has grown over the years; The Hirsch Family realizes where they came from and knows where they want to grow next. The service and reputation to our customers and the community at large will continue as long as the Hirsch Family is present. By the way, the next generation is being groomed.
